Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Gorky Studies app and website (the "service"), run by Ramandeep Singh Mathaon ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Gorky Studies helps you practise questions and take mock tests. It is a study aid. We do not promise any exam result, and we are not connected to any exam board or official body.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most features. New accounts may need approval. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Your content

Only upload questions and files you have the right to use and share. You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store and show it to the people you choose (only you, or your class). We may remove content that is unlawful or that someone reports as copied without permission.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no cheating the leaderboard or limits, no attacks on the app, no copying other users’ banks in bulk, no abusive messages.

5. Courses and payments

Prices and benefits are on the Pricing page. A course starts when we approve your payment or when you enter a valid pass code, and ends after its period. It is not a subscription and does not renew by itself. Refunds: see Refunds & cancellation. When a course ends you keep your account, data and the free features.

6. AI hints

AI hints use your own key from an AI provider (for example Google Gemini). The question you ask about is sent to that provider under their terms. AI hints can be wrong; check them.

7. Availability and liability

We try to keep the service working but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of India.
